Statement of Service and Wellbeing

We keep the well-being of our clients in mind while providing services that will enhance the ability to sell your property. This includes balancing the requirements of safety considering CDC, State, and local municipalities regarding safe environments. Kreative Wonder endeavors to take the following steps as precautions for us, our clients, and their property owners.

Safety Precautions

• We will communicate with the agent to ensure the scheduled time is agreed upon for arrival and approximate departure. This will help shorten the duration of the shoot.

• The assigned photographer will wear masks, and newly applied shoe covers, and will wear gloves when touching any surface within the home. Hand sanitizer will be used before and after camera use. These are cautions that will be taken no matter what CDC, State, and local municipalities recommend. If there are higher standards required, our personnel will comply.

• We desire all properties will be vacant of owners, contractors, agents, and other personnel during the shoot to minimize contact. If not possible, they should not be in the areas within the property at the same time as the assigned photographer.

• Prepare the home so there would be no contact necessary for the assigned photographer to adjust, turn off, move or essentially “touch” anything within the property.

• If possible, ensure each home has a combo lock or is to minimize direct contact with the owner or agent.
